Non Profit Roadmap:

2026 Fall: 

• Prove concept by meeting with local agencies

• Gather resources and education, take premier course on sober houses

• Network with other local sober homes so we can refer excess clients to them

• Start first 3 Men's Sober Houses with community partners (September/October) 

  • • Seeking: Real Estate Investors with 5 bed + properties wanting above market lease while making a difference; social workers and others that can refer clients to a sober home; an excellent sobriety-experienced manager to serve 5+ house supervisors and maintain relationships with referral partners 

2027 Spring:

• Hire a Program Manager from references above

• Expand community partnerships to include more institutions that refer to Sober Alaska 

2027 Summer/Fall:

• Expand to 250 beds available, partnering with real estate investors 

• Prepare for duplication 

2030

• Solve sober housing in south central Alaska, ie: there are always enough beds for all those who seek a safe living situation supporting their sobriety (1,500 beds?)

2045

• Solve sober housing for all of Alaska
